Talk and paper submissions are now being accepted for the 2-nd international conference “Computer Algebra” to be held October 30 through November 3, 2017 in Moscow.
The conference is co-organized by Dorodnicyn Computing Center of Federal Research Center “Computer Science and Control” of Russian Academy of Sciences (http://www.ccas.ru/) and by Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (http://www.rea.ru/). The website of the conference is available at http://www.ccas.ru/ca/conference
The two main topics of the conference are the following:
1. Open questions in computer algebra. In particular, the focus will be on problems that remain unsolved at the present moment, but hopefully allow a crucial progress to be made if a concentrated effort is put in.
2. Systematization (classification) of computer-algebraic tools. In particular, we aim to propose principles for the selection of appropriate computer-algebraic tools for solving concrete mathematical and applied problems.
Besides these two particular topics, the more traditional topics such as symbolic algorithms, mathematical software, and applied topics will be discussed at the conference.
Talk submissions (.tex and .pdf files) should be uploaded at http://ca.sci.pfu.edu.ru/ca/2017 and sent to the vice-chairs of the Program Committee: Sergei Abramov and Timur Sadykov,
